I haven't used it but if I were to choose between the two then I'd choose the Nature Provides because:
* It has 50mcg K2-MK7 compared to 25mcg in the Project Nutrition one, it's suggested that we take 90-100mcg K2-MK7 for up to 10,000iu D3
* Nature Provides tells us they use the "All Trans" form of K2-MK7. This is important because the All Trans form is the bioactive form, a bit like methylfolate is the bioactive form of folic acid. The Project Nutrition one doesn't say what form it is, and when it's not mentioned it's usually the "Cis" form (not bioactive). You could, of course, check this with the manufacturer themselves but I'd be shouting it from the rooftops if I was using the better form in a supplement I made.
* Nature Provides use "cold pressed oil" and Project Nutrition doesn't say this. Cold pressed oil is obtained by crushing seeds without any heat or chemical solvents so the oil's natural nutrients aren't destroyed.
I have no connection with Nature Provides, this is just my own personal preference.
