115 mcg t4 and 30 t3

Tsh less 0.01

T4 20 (12 to 22)

T3 5.8 (4.1 to 6.8)! It’s 4.1 not 3.1 on my ranges

B12 979 max 795 - no supplements they won’t test active b12 so I will push

Vit d 90

Testing done exactly 12 hours for t3 after and 24 after t4 but I felt so horrendous that morning of testing I couldn’t walk . I swear I thought it was low but it wasn’t . I was before 2.1 !!!!

Severe bone pain and liver enzymes very high for bone so suggesting hyper thyroid ????

pooping constipation problems . Depression exhaustion

Chouchou on paper those thyroid hormones look good. Somebody would love those results All I can say is that it can take years for symptoms to resolve once you are on a dose that seems to give adequate results.

After 2 years of changing my doses , I decided to stop because the body likes stability and I'd tried lot of different doses. My results weren't perfect in my mind but I wanted to see how things changed longer term. Now I've had nearly 3 years on those doses and things are still improving . It took many many years for me to get as ill as I was so it is right to expect the body to take many years to adapt and heal. Of course for some things the damage will be done and even the correct levels of hormones won't repair them

Be kind to yourself. Big hugs .

I had the frequent bowel movements with straining problems when my Levo was a bit too high but my FT4 actually went over the range and my FT3 was higher than yours, I think.

You don’t have many replies to your post…..why not post your results again but change the heading to Am I Overmedicated?

Im definitely not over medicated as severely constipated. I have the opposite part paralysed bowels. Thank you though

I see on your other post that your estrogen is low.

If it were me I'd leave my thyroid hormones as they are and focus on your low estrogen.

Your thyroid looks fine to me.

How long has your estrogen been low?

Have you been supplementing vit D?

Hi - my oestrogen was less than 44 and last test 55 . It’s been super low for many years I haven’t had a period in over 7 years I’m 48 just but my fsh is 6.8 so low. All hormones are low.

I have offered HRT but haven’t started it yet.

But I am not feeling well so I guess what have I too loose.

Extreme bone pain - my vitamin D was 108 dropped to 68 was on 2000 plus k2 now on 3000 a day .

I'd try HRT and see if that makes improvements. All hormones depend on all the others, to some extent, to work properly.

If your female hormones aren't right then chances are you thyroid hormones aren't able to be utilised properly.

I read on here, I think it was slowdragon who spoke about intense bone pain when taking vit D but it stopped once levels were better. Theorising that it was the bone regrowing.
