Poor converter hoping for better
I can increase the supplement to two per day Folate - I am more pleased with - I take Health Leads 1000ug L-methylfolate B12 - seems to have gone down slightly but I haven't been supplementing it - I'm moving onto the Thornes B complex soon

Quick update on bloods - happy with analysis but posting for interest/comparison - also CRP info?
I have a
Vitamin
D
spray which I usually forget to take, need to get better on this. The one I'm quite interested in is CRP - I think this is a measure of inflammation?

Asking for a friend ...
There are more recent thyroid results from March this year after she got her hospital notes that are similar to the previous NHS test results: TSH=0.51 with FT4 of 12.5 Then there are the Ferritin, Folate,
vitamin
B12, and
vitamin
D
results.

What to do about supplements when going abroad
I presume a spray bottle of iron or
vitamin
D
plus K is ok. Do you put them in toileteries pack with shampoo etc? I suppose for selenium I can just eat Brazil nuts while I'm away and whatever food is high in zinc and vitamin C?

5k or fartlek? 5k fartlek!
A lengthy internal debate about suncream (won’t be out for long, shade and
vitamin
d
top up will be good so not today). What to wear? All my shorts need washing which is a tactical error. Luckily my new favourite pair of leggings are clean and are light enough to cope with heat.

Second opinion for my daughter (ruling out thyroid, opinion on vitamins)
17 year old daughter has complained of headaches and fatigue for years. Chalked it up to teenager, pandemic, and irregular sleeping patterns. As all those things resolved, and the headaches and fatigue didn't, I ordered bloodwork to rule out Hashis and Hypo; and hopefully pinpoint a treatment to get

So frustrated
I'm happy on 20 mcg lio and 50 mcg levo - but each year it's a battle to get the blood tests done. I have problems each year with the GP: generally they say they can only test TSH (which is obv a total waste of time given the lio) so I get the blood form from the endo. Four years ago, the GP did the

B12 Specialist in the South East/London
The GP repeated all the tests for ferritin, B12, intrinsic clotting factor,
vitamin
D
, calcium and myeloma and all were negative. The next step is to be referred to a neurologist to check for MS.

Hypophosphatemia - Low Phosphorus Level
Having consulted Dr Google ( I know, I know, don't tell me 😜) AND done some informed research it appears that there may be some correlation with low
Vitamin
D
levels, something also noted on my previous tests. As I said, I'm seeing consultant on Monday, so have a list of questions for him.

CA 27-29 has your tumor marker test ever gone into normal range
I had began taking high dose
vitamin
D
supplements due to a low level of 11. Had to discontinue because it caused severe rapid heart beat. On the very next TM test, I received a result of <12.0. WTH!!! Can this possibly be normal????

High Folate with PA terrible GP
Thank you so much Results:
Vitamin
D
, 25-Hydroxy Your range 35 Normal range: 30 - 100 ng/mL I started taking 10,000 daily, 4 days ago, so i think that probably raised it a bit, so was probably deficient Folate: they always run b12 with folate even though we know it is not necessary.
