Hello, has anyone got any tips of vitamin complexes to help under active thyroid? I have recently upped my vit d, my B12 and found a complex that says it helps the body convert t4 to t3. I’ve been taking them all about two weeks and I do think that I’m less exhausted than I was. I’m hopeful that it

Nervous about Reclast
My Endocrinologist just suggested that I have a Reclast infusion for the year. I’m 69 years old and haven’t had to take anything for my osteoporosis since I was diagnosed. He said that I was in the high moderate stages of osteoporosis and that taking a high dosage of Calcium and vitamin D would not

Tip on how to get my body in the best position for my next transfer.
I am giving myself 14 weeks before I plan to contact the clinic for what will be my 4th transfer. I know I need to loose weight, which I will be doing with calorie counting. I already take folic acid and vitamin D daily. However, I was wondering if there are any other tips and advice, supplements or

Vitamin d
Currently trying to sort out my health after realising my stomach is not absorbing b12 (am SI). I’ve been on a low dose of d3 (500 ug) for years after being told by doctors it was low. The last d3 test I had my results came back at 68. However, I had taken the supplement that day. Are the test results

Update on the dreaded G.P appointment…
Just got back from my appointment with the G.p (Copied a bit of history from my last post for reference. ) Well…it was horrible, but to cut a long story short - he agreed on a small increase in levothyroxine from 50mcg to 75mcg. Although it was a long, arduous process, and he made me feel as if I was

Hypothyroid - Vit & iron levels
Hello, As recommended by this brilliant group, I have had my vitamin and iron levels tested through medichecks. My results have come back all in range, thankfully, but I know that sometimes ‘normal’ or ‘in range’ isn’t optimum. Would someone be able to look at these please and let me know any thoughts

Update and latest results
Hello again lovely people. I thought I’d come back and update having been on Levo 50mcg since diagnosis 3 months ago. In early January the GP asked me to retest and only TSH was done (big let down but not unexpected)! I was amazed that after only 2 months on Levo 50mcg that my TSH had dropped to 0.44

latest bloods
I’m on a journey with t3 it’s taking a while. Latest bloods reflect 15mcg taken in one dose and 50mcg levothyroxine I think I need to increase levo but on 75 I was slightly over medicated I felt. A reply on here suggested 62.5mcg as middle road which makes sense to me but pills are tiny and crumbly

Cofactors - B complex?
should I be starting on a B complex? I had iron infusion end of May and have been on EOD B12 injections since then. I am also taking folic acid 5mg every day and a spray vitamin D & K. I have been reading that some people take a B complex, but the one I saw also has folate in it and don’t want to

anyone help with article that states that it is not alright to prescribe different doses of Liothyronine on alternate days?
I am on T3 and Levo 75mcg. but I feel hypo since I was taken off 10mcg T3 daily and put onto T3 at 10mcg /5mcg on alternate days Has anyone a reference regarding this unorthodox prescribing of T3 in split different doses I can send to him to support my case against this splitting of the T3 like
