B12 Injections and Folic Acid question
Hi! I am starting my course of B12 injections on Monday and my GP also gave me a prescription for folic acid tablets too but said not to start them until my injections. I just wondered, did anyone else take folic acid with their injections and when did you start? On day one of the injections? My prescription

I also have Herbalife shakes every day, that have

vitamin
d and primrose 4 weeks ago & the dizziness/vision/balance problems has mostly gone but still feeling not right. Sorry for a very long post.

Last of the 6 jabs was two days ago. I've had some "standard" improvements and some unexpected ones. First thing I noticed was that the half moons on my fingernails started to reappear (they've been missing for ages). Mainly my thumbs but they're coming back on a couple of other digits as well. Sadly

Latest results from both GP and Medichecks
For quite some time up until March of this year I had been supplementing with
Vitamin
D3/K2, Magnesium and
B12
. I decided to stop them all as my
vitamin
D had vastly improved (and summer was approaching) and I had an over range serum B12 result from my GP.

Within range bloods - can someone confirm please?
I've just had another test to see how things are, and again all seem to be within parameters, apart from the
B12
(which I supplement). Can someone confirm please?

I'm seeing a neurologist for balance problems and occasional slurring of words. I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia (currently on B12 injections) in July this year and have had vitiligo for over 20 years. One of the blood test done was for TPO antibodies with were 78 which apparently had been

Crash after Covid?
I’m really struggling to balance my body back out after having Covid and so so puzzled. Not sure why this has happened or where to go with it next. Has anyone had a really bad crash after Covid? I’m diagnosed pernicious anaemia and hypothyroid Hashimotos. I had been in the same routine with supplements

Thyroid test results - any thoughts please?
Hi everyone, I’ve had some repeat bloods taken last week. When I posted my last results from Feb this year, it was suggested that they indicated possible central/secondary hypothyroidism and low-ish B12. Can anyone advise me if these latest results are an improvement, or if I should still seek some

B12 OVERDOSE
In my idle moments I was browsing around and came across Livestrong.com where it states many false ideas, including that B12 is not excreted in urine, too much can give you HEART ATTACK, and a few others. I have pointed them here and asked them to correct their information, but I don't suppose they
