Abdominal Pains and all
Hi all, I hope you are staying safe and well. I'm just writing to see if anyone has been in a similar situation to me, I'm really feeling unwell and not sure what to do. To give you the short story I was diagnosed with 3 issues last year, fibroids, endometriosis IV and chocolate cysts on both ovaries

Periods worsening every time I take a break from hormones?
On the evra patch, took it off to have a period before switching to the pill (logynon) as the patch was causing high blood pressure and palpitations. Every time I take my patch off if seems to get worse. This morning I had a tightening pain from my bottom left abdomen which traveled up through my ribs

How I overcame IBS-D
Dear all, I periodically post this advice to help new-comers to the subject. I consider myself a recovered IBS-sufferer and so like to share what I learned. I hope that you are keeping sane during the lockdown! This is my general approach to help people understand and repair their gastro-intestinal

A DIY project.
You can make your own hand sanitizer really easy. 3 parts rubbing alcohol (93%) and 1 part aloe Vera gel.

Coconut oil for anti fungal
If this is a fungal skin problem, coconut oil could help.. its anti fungal , I know its sorted quite a few skin problems as a family that we have had.. it has no side effects... if socks are put on after (so no slipping) before retiring. Also, a few drops of tea tree oil mixed into coconut oil... I

Anyone here get insomnia after having Prostap injection. I had my injection on 23/02/20. Will the side effect get better later?

Pill recommendations?
Hey everyone, my heart palpitations have been getting increasingly worse and my blood pressure monitor keeps flashing red saying I have an abnormal heart rhythm (I get many skipped beats and can feel them in my chest and a very fast heart rate, my resting bpm is currently 123) and a really high blood

Can stress inflame endo, even whilst on Prostap..? 🤔
Hi ladies.. It's been a while since I posted anything, which is a good thing really, as since I've been on Prostap, I've had next to no symptoms. However, I see the surgeon on the 30th of this month, with regards to an hysterectomy. Now whether that will transpire, given COVID-19, is anyone's guess.

RE- Hand Sanitiser
I have made up my own sanitiser after reading the advice from WHO. Use Isopropyl alcohol or 150% proof Grain Alcohol. Then fill 70% of a pump bottle with the alcohol, then few drops of glycerine for moisturiser or aloe vera and maybe tea tree for fragrance then top up with water. I couldn't get glycerine

Prostap Injection
I was meant to get my 6th month prostap Injection tomorrow, which was already delayed. I've just had a phone call from a nurse to say the clinical director has decided for me not to have it. The clinic is still going ahead but I am not going to have it. I can't tell you how much this has knocked me.

Ivf.... Pcos... One tip a day... Tip 2...
When I'm on letrozole for 5months I couldn't conceive but when I did this butterfly pose I did conceived on the same month but ended up MC with undiagnosed thyroid issues. Try butterfly pose which helps open those blocked tubes with castor oil pack after doing this pose... Follow for one tip a day..

Type 2 Diabetes potential home remedy cure
Type 2 diabetes (also called diabetes mellitus) results from the perfect storm of not enough movement, too much of the wrong foods, emotional stress, lack of sleep, toxins, and genetics. More often than not, patients with type 2 diabetes look towards natural medicine in addition to their conventional

Castor oil packs
Hi. Have anybody been using Castor oil compress to deal with their endometriosis? Did it work? Any tips? I have severe endo diagnosed 3 years ago after ttc for 2 years. First ivf was successful. We had a spontaneous pregnancy 10 weeks ago that ended up in missed miscarage. The good thing we've learnt

Coronia the hand stuff ! A warning tip.
Well having successfully making a recipe I found on here using rubbing alcohol and aloe vera in a 100 gr bottle I went for the big one. A litre! well I've got back from the local And E as the fumes were awful. But not dangerous as its not a poison. And the nurse asked for the recipe too. The headache

Treatments are cancelled 😔 my embryo quality 😃
Hi all, Just had the dreaded call. They have cancelled all treatment until further notice. I was only meant to be going on prostap for a month or 2 before transfer but it still delays the whole process 😔 On another note got the embryologist report on my embryos I’ve attached them to this post

Help me! Do I get pregnant during Covid-19?
Hoping someone can help me. I finished a six month course of Prostap injections (on 18-12-19) but I don't know when I am safe to start trying for a baby. I've been told different things and read different things. Right now, I understand that I need to wait three months before trying to conceive. But
