B vitamin complex
hi, I just need to know if it’s ok for me to take my B vitamin complex an hour after T4/T3 with my breakfast. The reason I ask is on the box it states folate - as calcium folinate. I’m now worried if I should leave 4 hours after levo because it mentions calcium? Any help will be appreciated

taking tablets
Hi, I am 72 years old, about a year ago had a lumpectomy because of cancer, all ok now. Was given Lectrozole because cancer linked to oestrogen. Had a bone density scan, results were Ostopenia, so given Alendronic Acid and calichew-D3. Is anybody else on these medications? Reading the articles on these

folate (as calcium folinate)
hi, I take my T4/T3 at least an hour before my breakfast. I take my B12 supplement and Pink Tribe liposomal vitamin B complex liquid just after breakfast. I’ve been reading the ingredients and am worried in case I should be leaving 4 hours for the vitamin B complex due to the folate mentioning calcium

Time to come off Ropinerole 4 years after being on Pramepexole 7 years. What else can I try????
I've been on these and both caused augmentation and with both was increased to maximum dose yet still had restless legs causing sleepless nights, anxiety and depression. Before I went onto medication I found out I was severely anaemic, I don't know how it happened to me as I was previously fit and healthy

Maddening Contradictory Advice
Latest update on my still hormone sensitive lymph nodes-only but widespread metastatic cancer is the Dexa scan showing I now have Osteopenia (no doubt occasioned by ADT regimen and lack of Testosterone). I’ve been told I need to get 1500 mg absorbable Calcium per day to prevent further lumbar region

Could I try BAT to restore sensitivity to previously used antiandrogen treatments.
I failed Abiraterone and SOC doesn't allow the switch to Enzalutamide. I was reading on the use of BAT to resensitize mCRPC. Would this be a therapy that could work or is it too late now that I have failed. I know its not SOC but I am running out of choices and looking for some clarity. Its basically

Enzalutamide any advice/tips for dealing with side effects
Stage 4 PCA for last 3 years. Had 6 cycles of Chemo and then Abiraterone for 18+ months (PSA dropped to 0.2 then more recently rose to 58 in June '23 ). Abiraterone eventually stopped working and I was able to join Radium 223 trial. Completed 5 of 6 cycles of Radium 223, then elected to stop since scans

HI, I've lowered my Dexa results in a year (but still higher than 5 years ago) All areas are in osteopenia now with spine being the worst at -2.1. I didn't realize you shouldn't change machines so last year it was -2.9 but I think that was part error. My doc is checking with place because differences

Recent results following increase in Levothyroxine dose.Anything of note?
HiFollowing advice on the forum I asked GP for screening for Vit D etc at my recent review of increased dose. I have generalised osteoarthritis and a family rich in autoimmune diseases. Please see my results. The only comment made by GP is that Vit D a bit low and to take over the counter supplement.
