RSV Vaccination

My husband has CBD and has just had a message from the surgey to book an RSV Vaccination. He often has a bad reaction to medication and vaccines - especially the Covid jab - so he's not sure whether to have it or not. Has anyone else had the RSV Vaccination? Did you have any side effects?

Hi, just accidentally came across yr post. Hadn't heard of that vaccine until now. If he has already had bad reaction to a vaccine and various meds, i would be very wary.

I have just joined the PSPA group. While at a meeting in Ireland for carers etc, one of the attendees had the condition and told me she got worse after the covid vaccination.

My husband has CBD and we both decided after the first Covid booster vaccine not to have anymore vaccinations. This was our personal choice. My husband only leaves home for medical appointments, we don't have carers calling, so I'm the only one who has contact with members of the public.

We did however have our annual flu vaccinations.

Hi my wife has had CBD for 8yrs now and can no longer walk or talk but she has all the vaccinations going including RSV recently, with no adverse reactions so I suppose its how each individual reacts and what meds they are on?

It’s always good to take a look at what the vaccine contain.

Information is key.

Also the VAER and Greencard vaccine adverse effects are helpful in making a decision.
