I can't keep up at all. I try to be in maintenance mode and run at least 5 kilometers 3 times a week. There is no strength for more.
I only ran once in one week and missed two runs because I was resting after the covid vaccination.
Today is the second day after the flu vaccination and in a fortnight I have another vaccination, this time against whooping cough, tetanus and something else (I forgot what :-)).
I'm self-employed so I can't afford to be sick
so prevention in the form of vaccination is a clear responsible choice.
But I can only be in maintenance mode at the moment.
I look forward to returning to a longer route in time.
I'm putting a bulk log here because it helps me not give up.
