COPD-NEW TO ME!
Hi all, I was diagnosed with CLL 5 years ago, and am now ready for treatment. Soon after I was told this I was diagnosed with 'Bells Palsy' After ten days of Steroid treatment, which did not help, I was sent for an MRI scan, which showed a small tumour in my neck, which I was told was on the move from

Good news from the ATTLAS trial for patients with EGFR mutations and ALK translocations.
Treatment with atezolizumab, bevacizumab, paclitaxel, and carboplatin (ABCP) was significantly more effective than pemetrexed plus carboplatin or cisplatin https://dailynews.ascopubs.org/do/atezolizumab-bevacizumab-and-chemotherapy-improves-pfs-egfr---alk--mutated-nsclc-after?cid=DM15256&bid=315813216

How prostate cancer transforms into aggressive NEPC following treatment with anti-androgen therapy.
This could be a game changer as it could stop PCa from progressing. Science is going to save us. Anyone somatic BRCA mutation in tumour?
Hi all, I’m wondering if anyone had their tumour tested positive for BRCA1/2 mutation, but your genetic test (via blood/saliva) tested negative? And if so, did your oncology team explain what that means especially regarding if it puts you at a higher risk to develop breast cancer. At my recent oncology

You can't fool mother nature
I can not find the post which recommends this video. It was less than a week ago. It is 3 hours long so I recorded the audio and listened to it while working in my shop. I recommend it to anyone who has cancer or knows anyone who has cancer or really anyone. For me the most important take aways are intermittent

Do exacerbations follow exacerbations?
Hi all, You may have seen my other thread. I am a man in my early forties and had a rude awakening to asthma with an almost two week hospital stay about 1.5 months ago with lots of mucus in lungs and for one week I was on oxygen. Last week I got a cold which quickly went to my chest leaving me clogged

Update on Prostate Cancer Vaccines that I follow... another year is gone...
Greetings FPC forum, It has been another year... and I would love to have better news... there is a new vaccine candidate to monitor, but the reality is that the system takes time... The system needs a revision in my opinion, but I digress... As I reviewed the last time, the vaccine trial for RhoVac's

Liver detox after chemo?
I am starting Taxotere next week and received some advice from a friend fighting serious colon cancer. He told me how he detoxed his liver after each cycle. He used TUDCA Bile salts and PectaSol from ECONugenics Company. https://econugenics.com/collections/pectasol?Wickedsource=Microsoft&Wickedid

Best genetic mutation test?
My husband’s RO ordered the Invitae genetic saliva test, and we’ve received results showing he does not have genetic mutations on the genes they tested (84 genes I think). The problem is I don’t see some important mutations on their test, such as CDK12 or others. What is the “best” or most comprehensive
