My husband’s RO ordered the Invitae genetic saliva test, and we’ve received results showing he does not have genetic mutations on the genes they tested (84 genes I think). The problem is I don’t see some important mutations on their test, such as CDK12 or others. What is the “best” or most comprehensive test for Prostate Cancer which would show mutations that we could potentially use for future treatment options or personalized medicine? Any articles written about this? Thanks!
