Hi I'm new on here. I have 3 auto-immune conditions, including R.A. I was just wondering if anyone had a flare up after their covid vaccine? I had a pneumonia jab in September, a flu jab in November and the covid vaccine 4 weeks ago and the last few weeks I have been really struggling. It may be

Sinus issues and endo?
Hi ladies I’m just interested to hear if anyone suffers with sinus issues? I thought it could have been from breaking my nose when I was 20 but after ENT checking with a camera they said it was clear. For the past 7 years I’ve had several flares of sinusitis but the main thing is that every single day

Coughing up blood in phlegm
Sorry its a bit gross! But last year I had a bad chest infection where I was very ill and it lasted for months. I was coughing up blood in green phlegm and totally wiped out. This resulted in 6 lots of antibiotics, chest xray, CT scans etc and I was told I had recurrent bronchitis. Has anyone else experienced

Ongoing infections and asthma
I have had bronchitis/chest infection/sinus infection on and off since November which has caused my asthma to flare up. I improve for a couple weeks and then become unwell again. I've had 3 courses of steroids since November, doxycycline twice, azithromycin once and now on amoxicillin. I have several

Cold Allergy?
Just wanting to ask if anyone has had a child or know or anyone with what seems like an allergy to the cold air? My son is 11 and just suddenly has started having a reaction to being in the cold air, his skin gets painful, itchy and red and also some small hives are visible, phoning the docs tomorrow

Headache
I’ve been struggling with a headache for a few weeks. I’ve seen two doctors but they’re not to find earned about it. It’s now become a bit of a sinus thing and I’ve got a head cold.. it’s summer here so it’s not a seasonal flu.. I feel out of it and am very fatigued regardless of how much sleep I get

Vaccine for Mitral Valve Prolapse?
Hi, I’m new to this so I’m sorry if this is in the wrong place. I was diagnosed with MVP 10 years ago with mild regurgitation. I also have first degree heartblock though I understand that’s trivial. I have the annual free flu vaccines and have had the pneumonia vaccine etc and have an annual hospital

Life after COVID-19 Pneumonia
My family and I all contracted COVID in December, and as much as I tried to care for my Mum at home, come the critical “Day 10” her oxygen levels had dropped and she was hospitalised a week before Christmas. I will forever be grateful the hospital saved her life, and we got her home twelve days later

A-fib and Covid.
I'm new to this Community. I had Covid from early December until almost Christmas. A recent visit with my electrophysiologist revealed my lungs sound as if I'm a smoker (I'm not) or I have bronchitis, due to the effects of Covid. My visit was to find out why my a-fib episodes have ramped up recently

Suitable running gear for the cold?
Wanting to start the c25k on Tuesday. I'm new to running especially in the cold.. I have running shoes, but how do you ensure either you don't overheat or freeze. I can easily walk 5k as I'm out with the dog a lot but I went out one day in the cold and found it hard to breathe 🥶 are running face coverings

Pneumonia Recovery
Has anyone had really bad breathless still after 7 weeks of finishing antibiotics for pneumonia pleurisy. I have bronchiectasis but this is worrying me and no where near normal for me. I can’t do much. What I’ve read here regarding pneumonia recovery mentions fatigue but not breathlessness. Thanks for
