Still having symptoms of hypothyroidism despite medication - any advice?
At one point, both my T4 and
TSH
were high (out of range) at the same time, but they said they couldn’t do any other investigations (or test T3 etc). All of my T4 and
TSH
results are in my profile, but I can copy them into the comments if that helps.

reposting - sweet spot missed advice needed on dosing
After my previous results, at my annual thyroid check with GP, of extremely low
TSH
and v high T4 I was told to reduce my levothyroxine. I’ve retested with Monitor My Health and looking at my new results I think I’ve missed my sweet spot. -
TSH
0.44 ( 0.27 - 4.2) - 4.3% through range.

I really need some help and advice please.
I have tried having a higher
tsh
, a lower
tsh
, alternating, you name it I’ve tried it. I feel like the last thing I could try is taking some kind of nicotine replacement. I was fine when I was smoking.

Hypothyroidism help!
T4 4.1 T3 1.5
TSH
87.1 along with Hashimotos and Vit D deficient. I’ve started on medication (50mg) and I feel so ill. Far worse than I did before. My biggest issue is feeling sick and not being able to manage my sugar levels.

weight gain on armour ?
My
TSH
was 4.3 when starting it , Free T4 12.3; Free T3 3.4 i do feel more 'settled' on the medication but definitely do not like any weight gain like this. I am really healthy and exercise consistently. I tried levo many years ago (Eltroxin) and thought I felt low on it so came off it..

Surprise blood test
My Practice Pharmacist advised me to have
TSH
restest this month. I don’t know why except I told them I was swapping back to Accord brand (but they tell me it makes no difference, so 🤷♀️) Anyway, I’m going in the morning, observing protocols. Is it really only vit B that can affect serum?

Results after 14 weeks on Armour
Hello, so I've been on Armour for 14 weeks now and these are my current bloods:
TSH
- 0.007 T4 - 13.7 (12-22) T3 - 6.3 (3.3 - 6.8) My doctor (private specialist) said ideal bloods on Armour would be T4 12-14 and T3 5.5-6.5, and
TSH
would be suppressed.

Results of TSH Modification Experiment
I inquired last week about what effect I could produce on
TSH
within three days. I appreciate the expertise and wisdom I received. I had just seen an endocrinologist who wanted to cut back my NDT because my
TSH
was 0.027. You advised me to stick to my rights as a human being.

Kidney function and hypothyroidism?
Could this be why my fT4 hasn't risen but
TSH
dropped whilst on Levothyroxine? Does hypothyroidism cause kidney issues with a lowered eGFR? I always wondered if being undiagnosed and untreated would cause long-term problems and possible organ damage.
