Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) test

I am taking a small 3mg of T3 with a private prescription and my NHS endo has said, this prescription is causing my lower TSH - but that feels like I'm being gaslight again. I'm feeling soo fatigued and stressed trying to get it sorted.

One who doesn't worry about suppressed TSH and will treat based on optimal FT3. Any location.

TSH..45.66 T3...3.2... it says on the report SATISFACTORY for T3..😡 I beg to differ T4..10.5 Obviously I'm having the malabsorbtion issue because I'm having diarrhoea when taking the t4 , it says as it always does ..needs to increase medication ...HOW???

My specific question (as I am rambling here) is has anyone who has been diagnosed as either hypo or Hashimotos has elevated / increasing but also increased T3?

FT3 - 3.9 - 84.2% FT4 - 1.29 - 45.9% TSH 0.018 All bloods done under same conditions - last Levo 24 hours, last t3 18 hours (yes I know, could be a slight false low, but results are comparable over time).

Just had my telephone consult with the gp re tsh 1.96 and increased symptoms again. He basically said that in his experience when the tsh was within range there weren’t any issues and he had never come across that before with patients.

The TSH seems ok but I’m not sure about the others. Tgey all say within norm but to me the ferritin seems too low. If that’s the case what should I take! I did ask fir vitamins to be checked but these are all she did

My test results so far: TSH (0.35-4.94) May 8.5 July 3.1 Aug 4.6 T4 (9-19) May 10.2 Aug 12.4 Yesterday I started to feel very poorly. The area where my thyroid is is painful, lumpy and aches. Words are disappearing from my head and I've got bad brain fog.

I take it from this that my body thinks that I have adequate T3 and hence suppresses TSH. My NHS Consultant has placed me on T3 at the rate of 20mcg daily whilst reducing T4 from 200mcg to 100mcg.

My TSH is 0.01 on the first test and 0.02 on the second. My T3 and T4 is higher than my range should be as well. thanks

Results now are - TSH 0.24 (0.27 - 4.2) FT3 4.5 (3.1 - 6.8) FT4 16.6 (12 - 22). In Nov 22, results were - TSH 0.15 FT3 5.5 FT4 17.8 My symptoms haven't changed in years - fatigue but I work 6 days a week, so difficult to determine the cause.

When I stop the medication my TSH sky rockets but my other levels normalise- curious to hear any thoughts on why this is please. Thanks!

I inquired last week about what effect I could produce on TSH within three days. I appreciate the expertise and wisdom I received. I had just seen an endocrinologist who wanted to cut back my NDT because my TSH was 0.027. You advised me to stick to my rights as a human being.

My latest is TSH 0.7 and T4 in normal range. What I want to know is if the thyroglobulin abs are raised is a sign of cancer recurrence even if the thyroglobulin is normal?

Also, any advice on diet or anything else I can do to help with TSH levels is much appreciated.

Her results are: TSH - 0.64 (Normal range described as 0.55 - 4.78 uIU/mL) Free T4 - 0.99 (Normal range described as 0.89 - 1.76 ng/dL) Any help and opinions much appreciated Thank you!

What would people say is optimum levels on t4 and t3 Is tsh always supressed
