hu CAR-T 19 IL-18 4th Generation Clinical Trial 90 Day Check-up With All of My Favorite Tests
It's been a long time since I have received a MRD negative diagnosis, 13 years to be exact, after my FCR treatment. All of the other treatments didn't require a BMB to confirm a negative reading, I had a few remissions, but they were just on paper. My blood counts were good, and I felt fine, but a relapse

Wait or start docetaxel?
Currently taking Nubeqa and Orgovyx but PSA doubling time is only 7 weeks and PSMA scan shows activity in abdominal lymph nodes, 2 vertebrae and 2 ribs. MO suggested DORA Clinical trial (everyone gets docetaxel, half get radium) but the head of a trial I was previously in at NIH feels that unless a CT

Need to Change Treatment
So I have progression after two years on Ibrance and Letrozole. I have an opportunity to participate in a clinical trial in my town in which I would be randomly assigned to Giredestrant, a promising oral SERD (monotherapy) or both Giredestrant with a new Pikc3a drug. My standard of care option would

Intense jaw pain (pt.2)
Three months ago my husband developed intense right jaw pain. After multiple scans showing "something" (thankfully no PSMA activity) he had a surgical bone biopsy 11/29. Two days ago we received the pathology report but have not been able to speak with the Dr. to help us understand it. The good news

New to this
I’m Jo, age 66, living in Chicago. I believe I have early stage PD. I haven’t been diagnosed yet have been acting out dreams for at least five years, and my right arm doesn’t swing. I’m hoping to get diagnosed soon so I can participate in a clinical trial.

Provenge Complete
Well folks, I completed Provenge with no issues or SE’s to note. I understand my PSA will not be lowered by this treatment and it has gone way up, from 24 first of October to 58 last week. I am still waiting to hear from Sarah Cannon Research to review possible clinical trials. In a way I feel like
