Please can someone advise if my bloods are acceptable. I had to nag doctor to increase my dose from 125 to 150mg and now fear although I am starting to feel better in myself that they will reduce dose down again when I see them
my blood sugars are also out of range - a clinical trial I took part in suggested I have insulin resistance (or some such)
TSH 0.07 (range 0.27-4.2)
T4 17.5pm/ol (Range 12.0 - 22.)
Previous range in nov was 6.2 & T4 was 12.1

'They' should not be reducing your dose if you don't want it reduced. 'They' are there to advise you, not dictate to you and treat you like a child. And you're not obliged to do as they advise. Have a look at this post:
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins
Testing options and includes money off codes for private testing
