Has anyone had a side effect when taking Xtandi. An allergic reaction of full body itchy burning unbearable rash after taking it a week. Took Abiraterone for 4 years with no side effects. This is typically kenalog/triamcinolone acetonide. This may be because they don’t absorb oral steroids properly, or they are found to be non-compliant, or they require long term steroids but the side effects (typically mental health) from prednisolone are so extreme they are switched.
