Struggling With Side Effects on Combi Therapy
I've been on combi therapy since December, I source my own T3. I did feel an improvement in energy, fatigue levels etc. However in the last few weeks I've been struggling with side effects like sweating. I know that we've had hot weather but the sweating seems totally disproprtionate, its not just glowing

New and could use some advice
I'm new and not yet diagnosed. I have a call with the GP on Friday, but to be honest I've not had the best service from my GP unless I go in well informed. I'm mainly worried about a variation in TSH in a short time. I have a family history of hypothyroidism and currently take no medication what so

T3 is high
I had my annual thyroid function test last week and it looks as if my Vitamin D, B12, Folate and Fe4rritin are all a bit on the low side. As I haven't been taken any supplements this year because they were mostly very high when they tested last year, this isnt surprising and I will now begin topping

TSH is now 0.13 is this ok?
Hey there, Serum TSH level: 0.13 mIU/L Normal range: 0.35 to 4.94 After nearly a year of fighting with my GP over meds amounts and optimal ranges, my TSH is finally below 1 after initially being 8-9. I do feel markedly better at times but still have bad days perhaps due to hashimotos and not

Do you take Adrenal Support?
What do you take please and is it helping? Seeking views because I have done two adrenal saliva tests in Feb 2023 and 2024 and both were low, showing adrenal fatigue stage II. I’ve been on NDT Armour for a year and my FT3 has increased to mid-upper range. The private thyroid Dr didn’t increase

A little advice on latest test results
Hello all, you have all been incredibly kind and helpful in the past.. and I wondered if I could pick your brains again about my latest test results.. I have been following Ray Peat’s ‘non diet’ diet, and I’m wondering if actually it’s not working for me. To me I can see that my estrogen is at the lower

Adjusting Timing of T3 Before Testing
Many of us adjust the timing of what we take for testing. My question concerns combination therapy with T3 taken in two doses. Let's say the day before testing is Monday and assume the blood draw takes place Tuesday at 8 am. Easy enough to take Levo at 8 am Monday. Suppose one usually takes T3 in

15 Years of pramipexole
58 year old male. I have an appointment with my primary care physician to discuss alternatives to pramipexole. I've taken it nightly for 15 years, probably the last 10 at 0.5 mg. I believe I have the symptoms of augmentation: earlier onset, spreading to arms, decreasing efficacy. Occasionally I have

bronchiectases and fungal infection
Hello all, I have bronchiestaces amongst other things and I’ve been coughing up small amounts of blood for a few weeks. After a trip to A&e I was given a sputum test which came back saying I had a fungal infection somewhere in my respiratory tract. Has anybody else had this? thank you
