So after your great advise I have managed to privately source t3 medication and increase my dosage. As I only have lio tablets of 25mg I now take 6.25 in the morning and 6.25 in the evening. I still take 100mg Levi. I have added my new results. Please let me know your thoughts.

I’m seeing yet another endo on 23rd August so I want to be fully prepared and only trust this forum!

How are you feeling?

How long before the test did you space your last dose of Levo & T3?

You have room for nother 6.25mcgs T3 if you feel you need it.

How are vitamin results?

Thanks for your reply. I’m actually feeling pretty good tbh. I’ve lost a stone in weight by doing 16:8 timed restricted eating and cutting carbs and sugar. I think adding the t3 and the eating habit change, I feel a lot better.

I’ve not had my vitamin levels checked for a few months but I will ask for that soon. I have been taking vit d/k2, magnesium, vit b complex and pro bio complex.

I took my Levo 24hrs before test and took lio 12hrs before test. Vit b stopped 1 week before test. Had test at 08:30am.

That all looks good. Up to you if you ask for a T3 increase.
