Apixaban
Morning quick question I take Apixaban and have just seen on tv if you are on an anticoagulant you should not be eating leafy green veg! Being a vegetarian I eat a fair amount! I thought this was only if you were taking Warfarin!

Risks of stroke vs. bleeding
I’m 72 but quite active, biking, ladders, etc. I’ve talked to two cardiologists and they say it’s a toss-up between the risks of the blood thinner (severe internal bleeding following a head injury for example) and the risks of blood clot/stroke. That’s why I wrote for comments on the forum.

Disimpactation 3.5yr old
Hi there I wondered if anyone had any thoughts or advice. My daughter 3.5 is going through disimpactation (8 sachets laxido) and has been withholding for 1.5 years. I thought it was just constipation at first. We’re at day 9 and I thought it had worked but from reading this forum I can see we need to

Eylea injections and opticians
I have macular oedema and I am having Eyelea injections. I feel my eyesight would be improved if I went to the opticians for some new glasses. Has anyone done this as I believe although it has not been suggested it would help me. I have been having injections for over a year and my opticians appointment

Struggle with fibre
Hi it seems that any kind of fibrous food sets my IBS off, and fatty foods give me heartburn. Do you think there may be a reason for this? I am taking some probiotics and will take Imodium regularly, although on lockdown haven’t needed to. So really just asking if anyone else is the same and what foods

Lupron fatigue and nausea
Hello, I received my 2nd Lupron shot (every 4 months) and I notice I get tired easily (exercise really seems to help) but I feel nauseous almost every day. It is not horrible, but something I did not expect. Has anyone else experienced this with Lupron?

Wanting out of suffering ...what to do
I can’t keep suffering like this. How do people get through? I just keep thinking it would be nice to take all the pills I have but immediately my love for my kids and my fear of hurting them stop me. I asked my psychiatrist if I could increase one or two of my meds. Haven’t heard back from him yet.

AMLODIPINE
After I had a stroke I was diagnosed with AF. I was put on a number of tablets including Ramipril and Amlodipine for high blood pressure. My ankles and feet are regularly very swollen, and I have read that Amlodipine often causes this. Does anyone know of a tablet that performs in the same way to lower
