Pluvicto damaging salivary glands?
Finished 6 rounds of Pluvicto 9-1-23. Now on ADT holiday since 1-1-24, psa unmeasurable so far. During the treatment, had increasingly serious drymouth and nasal congestion and irritation with bleeding, which I attributed to radiation damage. Since then, there has been some, slow improvement, but still

High Gleason score + .2 PSA
Want to share this link about when to start salvage radiation after surgery. Only a few years ago, the cutoff PSA for starting radiation was .5 Now, my doc and others want to start before it gets to .2 (I'm at .11, and I have a "risk factor" due to Gleason 9 score) https://www.cancernetwork.com/view

My PSA tripled in 8 months
I had my RP in Jan 31, 2023, started hormonal therapy from April 17 with Diphereline every 28 days plus one Casodex daily. My PSA went down to 0.005 from May to November. Yesterday I had my blood test again and the report indicated my PSA has jumped to 0.159. I am panic. Can you explain what does

FG-3246 shows promising results in phase 1 trial
As mono therapy "data from the study showed that 36% of evaluable patients experienced at least a 50% reduction in prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels from baseline. Symptoms of PsA
Hello I wondered if anyone could share with me the symptoms of PsA? Although I have been told that I've probably had this for a while, the only sign, for years, was two slightly swollen toes which at times were a little sore. Well that's what I thought, until I started to realise that some foot pain

PSA increase nearly one year after triplet therapy (mHSPC), what's next?
Hello everyone, thank you for all your help for a year. My dad went from a high of 3103 PSA to a nadir of 44. He unfortunately couldn't reach a <1 result but it had stabilized for a few months after his docetaxel + zytiga + prednisone. Unfortunately his new result is 67 PSA exactly a year since diagnosis

Experience on Zoladex or Prostap for endometriosis

Any experience with Xtandi (enzolutamide).
The long story is in another post. Short story is the PC metastasized to the brain and they added Xtandi to the Lupron shots , as it's the only drug that will go to the brain. It seems to be working, Scans and PSA are where they should be and symptoms are more discouraging than debilitating. The

I live in San Diego where there is world class medical facilities and I’ve seen the most highly recommended doctors. Yet now , I’m diagnosed with a very aggressive (Gleason 9)

Bone pain, what next?
For over 2 years my scans show no radiographic progression despite a rising PSA, now at 43. However I am now experiencing periodic bone pain in the left hip area, mainly when I climb stairs. Tolerable but a worrying development. Even with lack of visible progression I think we need to change something

Down reg carpal tunnel
Just starting my 1st cycle on the nhs and down regulating with prostap which I had injected on the 6th. I've had some mild CTS in the past but since the injection I've found it has flared up and is worse than I've ever had it before. I have heard that CTS can be linked to hormone changes, particularly
