Any experience with Xtandi (enzolutamide).

The long story is in another post. Short story is the PC metastasized to the brain and they added Xtandi to the Lupron shots , as it's the only drug that will go to the brain. It seems to be working, Scans and PSA are where they should be and symptoms are more discouraging than debilitating.

The 1st yr was covered through Astellas Pt Assistance, but I no longer meet the income -- lack of -- requirements. Co-Pay for 30 days was $3202.19. That has put me at my Total Out of Pocket limit and it looks like there'll be no charge for the rest of the year.

I'd be interested in other guys' experience with this.
