How do my results look?
Given that I'm negative for both
TPO
and TRAb, this feels unlikely to be either Graves or Hashimoto's (unless I'm seronegative for both) -- but who knows?

Thyroid levels in range, TPO antibodies high
She’s recently had a flare of symptoms which doctor has screened for many different things, but
TPO
antibodies are showing high (not got results personally as yet) but GP claims they are high because she’s over medicated and needs to drop to 75mg.

Titrating Block and Replace
I test negative for TG and
TPO
. Vits. are optimal. Presume I have TRAb Blocking AB’s dominating. Where do I go now ? Stay on current dose?, Increase Levo again ? or as I am tempted to do -experiment on reducing Carb to 2.5 and see if that raises my fT3 . Thanks for listening as I mull it over.

I don't fit any profile!
*Never tested positive for any autoimmune blood test (ANA etc multiple times),
TPO
negative/low (only tested once two weeks ago - low/negative), inflammatory markers normal. Just everything on blood test panel normal!

was fine when tested in October. I’m so tired of living like this. I feel like I’ve had every test under the sun and the doctor is thoroughly sick of me

Hashimotos for Sixteen Years, Realizing I Know Next to Nothing
The other one,
TPO
is still over 900. (Last year was the first time I ever saw those numbers.) I don't know if fluctuations like that are typical or if something I did made a difference.

Is it necessary to start treatment with L-thyroxin 50 μg ?
The
TPO
value has shot up to 90.2 kIU/L (normal: up to 34) and TSH had increased to 3.04mIU/l (normal:0.27-4.20). I was referred to an endocrinologist who perscribed L-Thyroxin with Iodine 50 μg. After two weeks my bloods showed that
TPO
had increased again to 118 but TSH had decreased to 1.51.

Anything I should be doing for auto-immune hypothyroid?
They didn't do any other tests, and I was keen to also get a baseline on my T3/T4 levels, see if I had
TPO
antibodies and figure out any changes needed to my supplements, so I did a home test through Monitor My Health - yay found an old Black Friday code that worked lol.

Autoimmune thyroiditis - Hashimotos or Graves?
I had my Anti Thyroglobulin Abs & Anti
TPO
Abs checked (by accident) - they were 17 U/ml and 119 U/ml respectively. My understanding is that they indicated autoimmune thyroiditis and I assumed that meant Hashimoto’s. However, my locum GP mentioned Graves as a possibility.

Thoughts on latest test?
No
TPO
antibodies. Any advice on what to ask and suggest at next appointment? Thoughts are to just continue on levo at 50mcg for the next few months and see how levels respond then.
