Requesting help with vitamin results - thyroid looks OK
The
TPO
result is amazing as it was over 1000 10 years ago. I've also started going to the gym again, and aware that can use up available T3 but building up slowly.

High Antibodies but Normal Blood Test results
Hi, I posted before about my high thyroid antibodies my
TPO
was 324. I had further blood tests last week and am waiting for the results and had to call my GP to chase. Apparently the Receptionist said my TSH, FT4 and AA levels are all “normal”.

Likely failed FET - what are next steps?
The only thing that has come up is that I have slightly raised
TPO
antibodies but the consultant didn’t seem too concerned about that.

My thyroid battle.
I have posted on here a few times since xmas about my battle to get my hypothyroidism taken more seriously by my doctor. Due to my surgrey having major staffing issues( they turned E-Consult off for a week) I decided to switch surgeries to another one in town which my partner was registered at. Once

8 months since first post..new results and questions
I have
TPO
antibodies confirmed. TSH – I’m assuming I ignore that, although any doc won’t. I'm not going to share with GP unless they ask.

Antibodies for Hashis
Good morning all, I have often seen it mentioned (mostly by SlowDragon that a significant minority of Hashis sufferers only have high TG antibodies rather than
TPO
. Also, some never have raised antibodies at all. Is there any research paper available concerning this please?

Hashimotos Now What?
My GP is unconcerned and my TSH has elevated from my previous blood test in May from 1.99 to 2.71, however my
TPO
has reduced a bit from 324 to 267 as I’ve been taking supplements of Selenium, Zinc, Methyl B12, ACV, Berberine, as I’m also on Metformin for Type 2 Diabetes and my dose has just been increased

I got bloods done and discovered he has
TPO
antibodies, and that started the route to endocrinology and hypothyroidism. He’s now started medication However his most distressing symptom is the memory issue.

Links between Dyslexia (short term memory issues) and Hypothyroidism. Italian study with dyslexic children showing 60% had TPO antibodies
-Ab positivity was significantly higher in subjects with developmental dyslexia compared to controls (60.8% vs. 2.9%, p < 0.001),
while no significant difference was found in TG-Ab positivity (16% vs. 5.8%).

Full bloods - advice and suggestions on what next please!
I was diagnosed hypothyroid in November 2022 (no
TPO
antibodies then either...) and have been on 75mcg (consistently prescribed as 50mcg accord, 25mcg Mercury Pharma) since 17th March. Next NHS blood test is 28th June, with GP review on 29th June.

Results of test with a history of ME/CFS
First of all I have a history of ME/CFS not hypothyroidism. I feel well and have either recovered from ME/CFS or it is in remission, and wanted to get tests while feeling well. My only symptom is tinnitus. I have no fatigue or neurological complaints otherwise at present although i have had lots of fatigue
