TPO levels/results
hi, can
TPO
levels decrease on their own without any intervention? Does it matter how high or not the number is as long as it’s over the reference range?

TPO positive, history of early miscarriage's, no need to medicate however still being referred to endocrinologist?
She did however say that given the
TPO
the endo thought it best they see me themselves so she is now going to refer me to the endo.

Advice on labs, high RT3, high SBHG, low T
before I started taking any thyroid medication: RT3 0,36 ng/ml (0.17 - 0.44) TSH 1.64 (0.27 - 4.2) FT3 3.09 (2 - 4.4) FT4 1.22 (0.93 - 1.7) B12 400 pmol/L (145-569) - latest md I consulted said this lab's range is ridiculously too low Selenium 129.9 (70 - 150) Anti-TG : 16 UI/mL (<115 IU/ml)

Am I on enough thyroid medication for my weight
Many thanks A PS forgot to add thyroid atrophied due to Ord's - and at the beginning my
TPO
antibodies were over 7500 ! They never fully came down until my thyroid completely went and the autoimmune attack stopped.

Confusing results and Nodule
Your
TPO
antibodies were raised at 633. This suggests this could be possibly autoimmune where the immune system works against your thyroid gland. Your 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels are 74 which is reassuring.

GP disagreement re levo. Plus wondering if FT3/TPO link to Pernicious anaemia B12 treatment?
This summer for the first time my
TPO
was high, so am def hashi as suspected, and FT3 in the lower third of the 'normal' range (which I'm aware needs to be way higher). Not long after that, and after many symptoms and no luck with GP I went private to obtain a dx of Pernicious Anaemia.

Test result help
Everything has come back in normal range, including
TPO
antibodies. Test was done fasted (just water) and no levothyroxine for 24 hours prior to test). Can I admit now the GP was right and my hypothyroidism is under control?

Help with blood results
I had the
TPO
antibody at a low level I think circa 150. So my October bloods came back last wk as follows: TSH: 1.64 range: 0.27 - 4.2 T4: 15.8 range: 10 - 22 T3: 3.8 range: 3.1 - 6.8 Should I increase my dose? I feel my T3 is low - should it not be sitting much higher?

Daughter’s results causing confusion - Hashimoto’s AND Graves??
Referral to endocrinologist who arranged the following blood tests in August 2023 but decided, once results came in, not to see her and to leave treatment/blood monitoring to GP: TSH 2.88 (0.47-3.41) FT4 12.3 pmol/L (9.3-17.6)
TPO
antibodies 159.8 ku/L (0.0-34) These two results confuse me:
