ok, so you tested when the TSh was at its lowest, so we'll ignore that.
FT3 is 63.16% through the range, which is abnormally high.
FT4, on the other hand is only 20% through the range, which is abnormally low.
So, your thyroid is obviously failing, but as we're missing an early-morning TSH result, we don't really know why.
Could be a pituitary problem because your TPO antibodies are negative, but we haven't got a Tg antibody result, so we can say for certain.
Vit D, folate and B12 are optimal, but ferritin is a bit low. So, you could try working on that, but it probably won't help your thyroid numbers.
What you need to do next is get retested in a few weeks time, and get full testing: 9 am TSH and Tg antibodies along with everything else.
Without fuller examination, you're not going to be able to convince a doctors that you have a thyroid problem because they don't understand enough about thyroid - in fact, they're almost totally ignorant. So, you need to be able to explain. Sorry if my explanation is not that clear but my head is very whoozy at the moment, and I can't think straight, but I know something is wrong, and you mustn't give up. So, get the new testing and hopefully I'll be thinking straight by then.
my T3 is 3.5 not 63 so perhaps you typed that by mistake? your explanation is clear. i don't have a dr that would recommend the tests i ask for. . but i will keep looking. thanks so much greygoose. LRV
