I've tried all the Thyroid hormones now, and ALL have made my main symptom of muscle aches worse. Any ideas why please?

I posted on here after my last set of test results which showed high TSH and high
TPO
antibodies ... after speaking with my doctor, who referred me to a rheumatologist, endocrinologist and for an ultrasound scan of my thyroid, she then said she couldn’t prescribe me anything as my test was done slightly

Hashimotos ... flipped hypo to hyperthyroid
I was diagnosed with hashimotos in jan and seem to have gone from having an underactive thyroid to now having an overactive thyroid with positive
TPO
antibodies. My resting heart rate is 85 (used to be 65) and I feel jittery. Even walking pushes my heart rate to 150.

Severe hypothyroidism and amenorrhoea
Her TSH values are above 15 and the anti-
TPO
levels are around 1300. She has been prescribed a dose of 100 mcg levothyroxine for two months and consult GP in two months. Her periods have stopped around 4 months back. She recently faces spotting for around two weeks.

Salivary cortisol take 2!
Two thyroid nodules, slightly elevated
TPO
antibodies. Already had great advice here which is much appreciated. As suggested I redid my salivary cortisol test via Regenerous and have attached my results. It seems to me this is a good result?

Levothyroxine without prescription
TPO
antibodies are high. So it seems like is Hashimotos disease since is also runs in family . Although my doctors don't think I need treatment since TSH levels aren't too high and FT4 in range. So they wait. I been waiting for many years to find a way and it don’t get better by waiting .

A new Endo with attitude
I requested for her to test my ferritin levels, vitamin D, vitamin B12, Folate levels, and TSH, FT4, FT3, plus
TPO
and TG thyroid antibodies, TRAB or TSI (graves disease) possibly TRAB antibodies are causing Graves Disease, and
TPO
and Tg for Hashimoto's.

Further bloods advice please?
What has confused me is that my
TPO
antibodies on NHS bloods are negative - shows Se thyroid peroxidase Ab conc - Normal - Anti
TPO
Ab negative (25 IU/ml - no reference range). Based on what I believe is equivalent unit measurement these are almost half what they were in July.

Do I have hashimotos just because I have high TPO antibodies?
I had some medichecks tests done last year and although my TSH was 1.7 and t4, t3 etc were all within range my thyroid peroxidase antibodies were 88 ( elevated) I had the rests all redone this year and my tsh is now 2.5 and my antibodies are 155 but again t4, t3 all within range. I know that 20% of

Latest encounter with ANP and blood test results - where to now?
Weirdly I have found a
tpo
test in my records with no range of 150, don't know how I've overlooked it, except for brain fog. I took my night dose of 6.25mcg T3 thinking it would be OK 12 hours later. But Obviously not.

thyroid perioxidase (TPO)
So I was able to get more information on what was tested in relation to my thyroid which was the thyroid perioxidase at 103 alongside my TSH which is at "normal levels". My TSH has been tested many times in the past months due to A&E trips but all came back "normal" with all other blood tests "normal

New test results
Good news is I don’t have
TPO
or TG antibodies, so I hope this rules out Hypothyroidism presenting as Hyper in the early days? My next step is to get TRab tested which I will do in the next few weeks. I generally feel well. Heart rate is fine.

ENT Appointment - silent reflux and hyperthyroid!
I saw ENT today due to problems swallowing, but they were more concerned about my now overactive thyroid due to my suppressed TSH according to my last blood tests in Sept 2020: TSH: 0.01 (0.27-4.2) Free T3: 4.99 (3.1-6.8) Free T4: 11.9 (12-22) TgAb: 233 (<115)
TPO
: 17.8 (<34) I just wasn’t prepared
