Looking for others who have had a hysterectomy with ovaries removed in their 30s - to get your experiences
Hi all, I'm looking for personal experiences of those who had a hysterectomy with ovaries removed in their 30s. Little about me and why I'm asking. I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometriosis. Had a laparoscopy with removal of some endometriosis in May 22, also had the marina coil fitted

cortisol and oestrogen is there a link?
i’m a complicated case, but curious about hrt and cortisol. Don’t want to bore anyone with full history, in a nutshell. Hashimoto 2018, Graves 2021. Off all meds currently, but six months ago started body identical hrt. My cortisol is now 160 at 9am. Does oestrogen cause low cortisol, or should i get

Periods started back up again.
Hiah,Yesterday I started my menstrual cycle after a year of not having one due to taking the deceptoyl Injection and hrt. I had surgery in December and stage 3 was removed. I finished the injection and hrt in Feb and my period had only just come back. This time it has been different, the pain is there

Osteoporosis and HRT
I was diagnosed 3 years ago with osteopenia which has now progressed to osteoporosis, though frankly my recent DEXA report is so unclear that I'm waiting for word from my doctor to interpret it. My question is about hormone replacement and osteoporosis. I've been listening to podcasts with Dr. Felice

Little laughter 🤭
Good morning it’s a little chilly 🥶 and heavy frost this morning. Thanks for prayers for my brother 🙏 Amazing to me that you have a hip replacement and go home same day 😱 He didn’t sleep at all last night and I think the hospital would be a better place to control pain the first night 🤷♂️. Bottom

Zoladex wearing off??
Hi all, I've been on Zoladex since march last year , last week I had my 16th and final jab. Since January I've been getting alot of the Endo flare ups but they haven't been as intense as previous. So whilst painful I could still function to some degree. Last night however I had some spotting and pain

Stopping Actemra
What happens if you decide to stop taking Actemra?? Do you have flares and them have to take more prednisone?? I have to have a hip replacement and my surgeon is worried about an infection as this could be really dangerous for me. He said they would wear moon suits in surgery but he is worried about

Another windy 🌬️ day with about an inch of snow ⛄️. Windchill puts us in the minus ➖ numbers 🥶 My brother goes in for hip replacement this morning so prayers are welcome 🙏. He hasn’t felt well this week but they are continuing with surgery 🤞🏼. Best wishes to Kelly also with her back issues 🙏. Seems

Under Active Thyroid since 2006
Hi All I was diagnosed back in 2006 with Underactive thyroid. I was put on Thyroxine but it never really agreed with me so weaned myself off of it in 2013 after a complete diet and lifestyle overhaul. I pretty much felt ok until September 2020 when I was completely exhausted and blood results showed

Fibroids
Hi all I have fibroids (multiple but about 4.5 cm). I have had to wait over a year to see a consultation and just got back, what a waste of time. I have many typical symptoms, I am exhausted with constant heavy feeling, stomach, groin, back and leg pain, problems with needing to use the loo suddenly

I had a seizure June 21 and they found a tumour on my temporal lobe. Had it removed, well as much as they could and they also found another small one where they can’t operate. Found out it was grade 4 but since then had radio therapy and a years chemo pills. Through all this I felt ok with little side
