Hiah,Yesterday I started my menstrual cycle after a year of not having one due to taking the deceptoyl Injection and hrt. I had surgery in December and stage 3 was removed.
I finished the injection and hrt in Feb and my period had only just come back.
This time it has been different, the pain is there not so bad however I've been vomiting since yesterday.
My iron dipped so low which I suppose is normal as its first period.
Has anyone else had this before?
Hey! My periods took like 6 months, it was absolute hell at times because I had intense period pain but no period. I was so relieved when it finally happened lol! Like you the pain wasn't as bad, but still worse than what I imagine a "normal" period should feel like. Are you taking iron tablets when you have your period? Might help with heavy blood loss? Please speak to your GP though and ensure that you don't have anything else going on, we can sometimes blame all our symptoms on endo and then end up ignoring warning signs of something else. So just be safe and get checked over! X
