Levothyroxine dosage
I originally had hyperthyroidism but after radioactive iodine almost 8 years ago it's under. I was on 125mg levothyroxine in the mornings for the past year, my GP upped the dosage to 150mg recently, I was only able to take this for a week as I felt my heart was racing. Went back to my GP yesterday and

A strange meal in an Italian restaurant
I was in London over the weekend supporting friends and family running the London Marathon. At the end we went to an Italian restaurant that had a couple of vegan options, but these did not appeal since they seemed heavy in nightshade plants. So I ordered 3 side dishes to come together as a main meal

Daughters Final Diagnosis - Minimally Invasive Follicular Carcinoma
Dear All, I have written before about my daughters hemithyroidectomy. The removed nodule had cancer in it which measured 1.3cm. We finally got the reports after chasing the hospital constantly. Hers is minimally invasive follicular carcinoma, but with a strong suspicion of lymphovascular invasion. So

Iodine Deficiency or just low Ferratin
I had my thyroid gland removed 18 years ago. I take 100mcg Levo daily but have not been feeling great lately. I also have and have had for years tiny red spots over the trunk of my body. I recently read that this could be a sign of iodine shortage. Would it be dangerous for me to take a little iodine

I have followed this community for a long time but rarely post. However, I am hoping someone can help me. I was diagnosed 17 years ago and had DBS on my left side to control my tremor in my right arm/hand in 2010. I am scheduled for DBS on June 3rd to make my symptoms on the left side behave. Hi there, I am new, but I have been a thyroid patient for twenty years now after Graves’ disease, for which I was given radioactive iodine. I took levothyroxine originally but just ballooned on that and passed out, felt awful etc etc, so I saw an endocrinologist who did say that not all patients convert

I've been watching these documentaries about natural means to fight cancer. https://go2.thetruthaboutcancer.com/eastern-medicine/episode-7/?
I should have posted sooner, since there is only one left. It is possible to get the whole set , if you care to pay for them, only today left to view for free. Some of the interesting things I've seen again is that turmeric kills cancer stem cells. Iodine stops the spread of cancer and kills cancer also
