GP appointment update
I posted a few days ago and sadly had no replies! But anyway I had my GP appointment this morning. Explained everything that's been going on, showed her my test results, and her answer to that was i will probably develop an OVERactive thyroid eventually 🤦🏻♀️ How she came to that conclusion I do

Bank Holiday fun (not!)
Evening all, hope those of you in the UK have had a good bank holiday weekend. Mine could have been better… I ended up in A&E on Saturday night with a racing heart (at times around 150bpm) after none of the tricks I’d read about would bring it down below 100. And when they tested my blood pressure

looking for alternative to LDN
Hi, My husband has taken LDN successfully for over 6 months but is now working in a country where it’s not prescribed and he isn’t permitted to take it in with him. I’ve been looking at supplements like lion’s mane etc and wondered if anyone here has any positive experiences? His TSH etc is checked

Am I over medicated?
My Free T4 always comes up low. I understand from this grp that this means I am over medicated. I do not feel over medicated, but am I doing myself long term damage? I currently take 45mgs of NDT & an extra 12.5mcgs of T3. (In one dose) each day. (& supplements) Thanks in advance.

My T3 is too high and need to reduce cytomel
Hello everyone I test my thyroid with Lab Corp every 3-4 months. My T3 is over the range and I need to reduce the amount of cytomel. Im in the US and get Grossman cynomel. (cynomel is same as cytomel) I do the testing exactly as this forum recommends. Here are the results: Triiodothyronine
