Hi, can anyone help me interpert these results please? Possible signs of early puberty.

TSH 3.1O mIU/L (ref 0.6-4.84)

Free T4 16.3 pmol/L (ref 12.5-21.5)

Testosterone 0.10 nmol/L (ref <0.10)

Thank you.

As I understand it, hormone levels in children can fluctuate on a daily basis, so there is nothing to be deduced from a one off test. Best to consult a paediatrician.

Thank you for replying. Yes, these were done by his paediatrician and we are awaiting the next appointment, he has also been referred to an endoronologist.
