looking for alternative to LDN

Hi,

My husband has taken LDN successfully for over 6 months but is now working in a country where it’s not prescribed and he isn’t permitted to take it in with him. I’ve been looking at supplements like lion’s mane etc and wondered if anyone here has any positive experiences?

His TSH etc is checked regularly, especially with coming off LDN but he says he can feel a difference and wondered if there’s any alternative natural remedy he’d be able to take.

Thanks for any advice given

My comment will bring your post back up the news feed, so hopefully others will see it and respond.

Does his current prescriber have any suggestions of an alternative?
