Thyroid abnormalities

people keep saying my mood etc could be thyroid related and weight gain. here are my trackers of thyroid… I’ll post the rest below this. I don’t know what to do as I think my HRT is doing this. GPs won’t listen. I have no relationship with them at all. What are your thoughts?

I speed from Armour Thyroid (1 grain am 3/4 pm ) last Monday to 50 mcg Levo and 10mcg Liothyronibe am and another 10 mcg pm. I really don't know what to do I have had one thyroid removed (mistaking)the thyroid that has the toxic nodule was left hence now they want to remove that due to undetectable tsh. My GP retested TPO for an endocrinologist referral, not sure why that mattered. I am surprised by how much they have lowered since September 2023.
