I have just completed my 2 year continuous ADT2 ( Zoladex 10.8mg + Calutide 50mg ) which is a part of my initial treatment regimen. I am reasonably well informed about PCa but I am very much interested in getting the valuable

New - help with bloods and advice please
My husband has recently had his blood results back and I'm looking for some advice regarding his GPs suggested treatment regime. He has a lot of symptoms which I believe relate to B12, but as he also has a brain tumour there may be some overlap. He is having very severe pain in his toes which he takes

Update - different results via Private and NHS
Added this update to my original post then realised I'd be better off starting a new post....... Well following the great advice people on here gave me, I went back to my GP and asked to be retested. I got the earliest appointment and fasted and the results were almost identical to the original ones

Vulvic pain - Lichen Sclerosis and Vaginismus have been diagnosed but I wonder if that's not all I have. Maybe I have other conditions too.
I wanted to share my story with people. I am 28 and with the same boyfriend that I lost my virginity with three years ago and I am in pain every time we have sex so i rarely enjoy it. It is hard to talk, I find that talking about it makes my self esteem take a huge hit but I had to work through the low

Vitamin B12 and vitamin D3
Alarming: yesterday I was listening to a radio interview (this is in Canada on CBC radio). Apparently 40% of the population is low B12. And yet, just like NHS over by all of you, doctors here are being discouraged from even testing for B12 because each test costs $40 and it's too expensive. At the

Best Time to take Vitamin D3?
Hi, I am currently on a maintenance dose of 10,000 D3 a week, taking one 10,000 pill on Mondays. I've read that it doesn't matter if I take it in the morning with breakfast, which is around an hour after taking my thyroid medication. I've also read that it should be taken 4 hours apart from the thyroid

Prednisone? and teeth
For those of you with incipient tooth problems, perhaps caused by "bone thinning" - please make sure you are getting enough Vitamin D3 and, above all, Vitamin K2. I cut back my D severely for some time, because I'd had a high reading and, because I thought maybe I was taking too much K2 (apparently
