K2 dosage
I take accrete D3 twice daily and have been taking one Vitamin K2 (90 ug) per day. Just wondering if this is enough? It says to take 1-2 a day on the box.

Cutaneous lupus
Hi, I've just joined the group following a diagnosis of cutaneous lupus. My skin is affected on my arms, shoulders, back and chest and a few smaller spots on legs. I am waiting to see the dermatologist again so they can start hydroxychloroquine. In the meantime I am applying SPF 50 to the affected areas

Six compression fractures in lower spine
I've had six compression fractures in the last three months, all treated with kyphoplasties. On Fosamax and calcium citrate plus vitamin D3. Dexa score is -2.9. Should I be on something stronger?

Vitamin A - retinol.
Dr. John Campbell posted a video about how low vitamin A (retinol) levels predispose a person to experience pneumonia from the Mycoplasm pneumoniae which is currently at near epidemic levels among children in northern China. Introduction and Strontium Ranelate
Hello, I thought I would introduce myself: I was on this forum a few years ago when the last of the NOS forums was closed, but then I lapsed reading posts and posting myself, so here I am again, at least for a while ! I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 17 years ago, this was on DEXA but also x-ray

Is this common? fatigue and joint pain / cold hands and feet
On my 3rd month of treatment for active TB, currently on Rifampin, isoniazid, and b6. Looking at 6 months of treatment, maybe 9. I feel fatigued all the time, even with good sleep, exercise, drinking lots of water, eating whole foods and probioticsā like this general feeling of unwell and tiredness.

ā¼ The lesion featured in this post may look like eczema or benign skin lesion, but it is in fact a melanoma! In rarer cases, all types of melanoma can lack pigmentation ā these are known as amelanotic melanoma. Janeās story below highlights just how important it is to get any abnormalities checked out

I didn't have any severe symptoms just some small red spots but no pain etc. at least not visible to me but he was confident

Vitamin and mineral supplements? My latest results
Hi all, I've just had my latest Blue Horizon results (see image) which I would welcome comments on, particularly regarding the vitamins and minerals I might need to supplement. All blood tests were done no later than 9.30am, no levo for 24 hours before. I've worked really hard this year on my diet, but

t12 and calcium supplement
I have got severe osteoporosis and I am wandering if I would be better off with a calcium supplement, I tried adcal-d3 after my zoledronic acid infusion but I had to stop because it gave me constipation, I don't want to be messing about measuring out calcium and I don't know if I am absorbing calcium
