Hello, I'm an 18 year old male who is uncircumcised. When I'm flaccid I can retract easily. When I'm fully erect, it only goes back like 2/3 of the way down the head. I can pull my skin back while flaccid and wait to get erect, but it feels tight and bunched up under the head. I want my penis to not bunch up at the bottom and casually slide back when erect. I do not have access to steroid cream, just my fingers. How long should I be 2 finger stretching? Does this seem like a frenulum issue? Thanks!

Unfortunately , even though stretching with your fingers might be helpful it will most likely be temporary. The results are best only if you get a steroid ointment prescribed by a doc after evaluation of your condition. Also , it seems like you either have a mild phimosis or mildly short frenulum .Hope you reconsider. All the best !
