anyone else ?

Hello,

I have very mild type 1a and am wondering if this is a symptom.

Over the past 2 weeks my left leg dorsiflex muscles have been feeling strange. It isa ike a weak tingling sensation and it gets worse when I wake up or am sitting down. It doesn't get better or worse after a stretch or physio. This has happened all of a sudden so I think it could be too fast a change for it to be the cmt and it has never bothered me before now.

I use afo's but only for long distances.

Could this be a sensory nerve problem ? or maybe just tendonitis or something that will pass.

Thanks guys.
