Anyone on Exemestane?
I have tried anastrozole and letrozole--and anas caused extreme joint pain plus brain fog--and letrozole some
tendonitis
plus lots of brain fog and anger and paranoia issues. I am hoping the exemestane will be better for both side effects.

Spironolactone
I was recently in hospital in Cyprus with pneumonia. Whilst there it was discovered that I had dangerously low potassium levels. That was dealt with and I lost 6 kgs of fluid in 5 days. On discharge I was told to stop taking Bumetanide, which I had been on for 11 years and go onto Spironolactone. It

Update: Post SBRT/IMRT Treatment for Favorable Int. PCa
My weight is back, my prior energy level is back, I've resumed my 3-4 mile walks, and I have gotten approval to return to road cycling...as soon as I heal a case of Achilles
tendonitis
- the price of being too sedentary watching all those baseball games.

Opinions on Hemp creams.
Hello everyone, I've recently decided to purchase some compression gloves for my hands and this cream called Hemp Active cream by 5kind popped up on my screen. It has a lot of good reviews but they also have a stronger version. I'm posting this because I've used Voltarol in the past and it doesn't really

Knees
I have somehow injured my knee, Patella
Tendonitis
( it seems I injure myself so easily these days ) and it is taking ages to heal and really getting me down as it’s making me immobile. I am doing the recommended exercises and using hot and cold on it.

Non-gut related symptoms - could it still be CD?
I went to the GP who did: – nerve test for Carpel Tunnel (normal) -referred to physio in case it’s
tendonitis
(it was mostly wrists and elbows at that point with some weakness in my hands and arms). Physio doesn’t think it is.

PMR and GCA
In 2019 had what was said to be
tendonitis
in one shoulder, and I was referred for physio. 2020 I had aches and pains which were diagnosed as arthritis and was prescribed medication and anti-inflammatories which did not help.

tapering after a wrongly diagnosed flare!
I then contacted an amazing physio, who after 2 sessions has enabled me to walk again; his diagnosis was bursitis in 3 places plus
tendonitis
, and he says none of this is caused by PMR.

Does anyone else feel guilty they’re in pain?
Oh man. So my dog Lexi is wonderful and I adore her. I wouldn’t change her for the world. And I know we’re all still getting used to me being in this much pain. But she just stepped on my foot which is really sensitive and I wasn’t paying attention. I pretty much yelped and that made her jump a mile

Poor Circulation- does anyone else have this issue?
I have been having issues with the circulation to my hands and feet for a couple of years’ now. I only see my feet before I get dressed in the morning and after I undress in the evening but at those times they always look a very unhealthy shade of purple. My hands vary throughout the day and sometimes

Foot and ankle pain
I was doing well on Leflunomide but have just started with toe and ankle pain. I noticed my middle toe has become malformed, looks like the bone has grown wider on the joint and is painful & hard. I can feel pain in my toes & ankles at night, what on earth is going on? I had an ultrasound recently &

Does anyone take Naproxin for Arthritis pain?
Hi everyone, a quick summary for you. Two ablations, last one five and a half years ago. No meds and just one six hour stint in A&E seven months ago. My problem is arthritis in my right shoulder. I'm three months in to recovery from having fifteen loose bodies removed, a full synovectomy, a full bursectomy

Late to the pilates party
Unfortunately I won't be getting a new PB in the Bristol half marathon next month because I won't be taking part at all. I've had to give my place away after damaging my hip 8 weeks ago while following a Garmin strength workout, to improve my running time. (I'm well aware of the irony of being one
