Take a look at this guy's biceps. He is doing a lot for them that is also benefiting his hands and forearms.

Personally I maintain my hand and finger strength by actually opening jars. Important practice for a Bear type creature.

I use the Theraband stick for tennis elbow that I have from hoops, repetitive movements and anything but tennis. Green stick is good for strengthening but if in pain like I was, start with the red one.
