Who got their T level done before ADT?
I was a month into ADT before I realized that I had no baseline Testosterone number!I know the treatment is all about reducing T, but now that I'm considering vacation possibilities I think it would be helpful to know what my unadjusted level was. I think it would be helpful, but honestly I'm not sure

Time for a vacation, but worried about IADT
Decision time is approaching but should I take an ADT vacation? Any new data or articles to support decisions on intermittent ADT? I'm looking forward to an improved QoL but just worried about giving the beast room to come back. I've been undetectable (<0.01) since treatment started 11 months

Questions about hormone therapy...
Greetings, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, Gleason 8, no indication of metastasis in January. I just had a radical prostatectomy, including the removal of nerves. Post surgery pathology downgraded the two legions to a Gleason 5 and a Gleason 7, with no indication of any cancer touching the anterior

Questions about genetic testing
I’ve got mixed ductal PC. I’m post RALP, post-rad, 6 months into ADT. Setting research about the increased likelihood of metastasis with ductal, and the unreliability of PSA in indicating ductal, I’m anxious to touch all bases before it goes to lungs bones brain or liver. I’m already scheduled for

Hi All just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a good GP/endocrinologist in the sussex area or nearby who also could help with NDT/Armour. Have been on Levothroxine for years and my doc just puts it up or puts the dosage down. I really do need to find someone who understands and has

New Study Result Being Dangerously Oversimplified
Was watching the National News on ABC a day or two ago. One of the major stories was a "breakthrough study" regarding Prostate Cancer. They refer to a recently released New England Journal of Medicine article citing a study done between 1999 and 2009 in the United Kingdom, 82,429 men between 50 and

My "winter" MO (Fl vs Mass) says the active hip lesion means the Zytiga is failing, at least at that one area only but recommends Xtandi and I am now hormone resistant after 19 months on ADT plus Zytiga/prednisone. I asked my "summer" MO the following. [i]"Is it possible that the hip lesion is the

biochemical re-occurrence
For those who had biochemical re-occurrence and were treated with ADT and radiation what has been your outcome over the years? basically, what I am asking were you cured and had a favorable outcome? How many years have you been with a low PSA, no further issues or, for that matter cured?

Gynecologist appointment outcome-advice please?
Hi all, So I had my first gynecologist appointment last week, and it wasn't what I was expecting. I've read so many accounts of people appointments, where they had plenty of time to discuss history, the horrendous pain, as well as a detailed treatment plan. However, my visit consisted of walking into
