I have posted questions here before, and appreciate all the excellent help. I am currently taking 150 mg Sertraline, and my pcp added 300 mg gabapentin daily. I do not see any improvement in depression or anxiety. When I asked him, he suggested switching out gabapentin. He wants me to take Buspar with

Esomprazole, stomach issues and calcium deficiency
When I was diagnosed with PMR in March 2021, I was prescribed Omeprazole and Alendronic Acid. The Omeprazole made sense as I have a history of stomach upsets. I resisted the AA until a DEXA scan identified osteoporosis and osteopenia. I switched to Risedronate because I could not tolerate the AA. I

Agrophobia
Hello, I have agoraphobia, but I only have fear of long roads that I cannot go out in an emergency. This situation has only existed for 6 months and I have come to a very good stage by facing my fears, but a psychiatrist in the country I live in said that I might have a heart attack while facing my fears

RA question
I have been on hydroxychloroquine for approx 5 weeks now and my scalp has become extremely itchy and flaky. Checked with the pharmacist and it can be a side effect of taking the medication. My question is A. Will this go away as my body adjust to the medication And B. Will a special shampoo help

Low UIBC result from bloodwork?
Hi, All. I had bloodwork done recently and I'm wondering if anyone knows if the low UIBC might be affecting my RLS/PLMD. Ferritin was 169 (down from very high values after a blood infusion for rls in April 2021). The UIBC was flagged as Low at 126, Iron Saturation was flagged as high: Iron 172 UIBC

..anyone else?? I’ve dealt with it (and anxiety with panic disorder) off and on for almost 20 years. I did medication for years but I am currently not taking anything. lately (the past 2 years) the anxiety I experience has been centrally focused on my heart. I’ve had many EKGs, sonogram tests, etc

high cholesterol taking D3
hi, I suffer from Hashimotos, Sjögren’s and whatever osteopenia means. I’m now worried as to avoid taking Alendronic acid for osteopenia I’ve been taking D3+K2 and magnesium. I’ve just had my blood test results although D3 hasn’t come through yet, but my bad cholesterol has increased from 5.75 to 7.81

Intrusive thoughts
Hi all. I have been taking medication for anxiety and depression and have come a long way from the initial panic attacks and overall depressed feelings. However, I still have these nasty suicidal thoughts barging in every so often especially when driving. How do you get those out of your mind? Any ideas

Panic Attacks while driving
In November 2021, On the day of my brothers funeral, I was involved in four car chain reaction accident that totaled my car ( I wasn't at fault). After the accident, I was driving without any issues whatsoever until February of this year when I had my first panic attack while driving. I've asked my

Zoloft increase after almost 20 years
I have GAD and have been on 100mg of Zoloft since 2004, I’ve had a recent episode with anxiety brought on by the birth of my first child. Well I have been able to eat for 2 days now and today was easier doing so. Not as much nausea. I was shaky this morning fought thru it and went for a walk by the lake. Did some tidying up at home. I am trying to go without the 0.5 ativan today to kinda test the 10 mg of Lexapro if its in my system enough

Regret going to group therapy. Overwhelmed, another day wasted and money wasted. Why do all my attempts to get help backflip?
So i had a crisis some days ago and texted and old therapist that i loved. Told her it passed but now I'm wondering whether to go to group therapy. She said i deside but maybe it could be beneficial. At the last moment i went. Late. Saw people who just didn't feel right. Much older than me and with different

Latest results - where to go next?
Hi all, I'm back with another request for your valuable input. I started levothyroxine treatment for Hashimoto's in February, and at my last review my GP agreed an increase to 62.5mcg (50/75 on alternating days). Things have improved in many areas - I seem to be back to a manageable level of energy in

scared to take prescription
hi. June last year I was prescribed sertraline for my anxiety however I didn’t want to take it so I continued to cope by myself and I was doing well until November when I had a panic attack while out and since that point they’ve been more frequent. Over the past 2 or so weeks I haven’t been able to leave

Hi. Since I need steroid tablets several times a year, my doctor also prescribed me Alendronic acid. I got very upset about it. Have any of you had any experience with these tablets? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Saw my councillor
I was describing to my councillor how I get this feeling sensation of pins and needles in my stomach that travels up into my chest like a warm surge lasts for about 40 seconds then it sends me into full fledge anxiety. She figures I am having panic attacks. Anyone else get weird feelings like that?
