Which is best?
For me, Exemestane has been the best of the hormone treatments I have tried, (have tried Arimidex,
Tamoxifen
& Zoladex too). In chemo, I've had Carboplatin, weekly Taxol, & Caelyx, & none have been very successful. Has anyone had anything else? Di

Endometriosis pain getting worse
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 and after surgery/radio was started on
Tamoxifen
for 10yrs, of which I have 1 year to go. I had endometriosis as a teenager which has recently been made worse by the
tamoxifen
.

Over the last few weeks (and finally off
tamoxifen
after 5 years for breast cancer with all the withdrawal symptoms that brought on!) I have felt better and better.

Anyone currently taking tamoxifen for OC.
However, the Onc suggested
Tamoxifen
and I wondered if anyone here was taking it at the moment and if so, what side effects it may have. I’ve done some online research though there is little about this drug for OC.

I am wondering if anyone has been on or knows anything aboutTamoxifen for Ovarian Cancer. If so, what are your outcome or thoughts on it. It has a lot of side effects.

Good to be here
After CT scan in February indicated new tumors in spine, I started new drug combo -
tamoxifen
and abemocyclib. The second is a chemo drug and I've never had chemo. I'm wondering if anyone else is on this drug and what are your experiences? Thanks.

Under active thyroid and tamoxifen for breast cancer
Hi Has anyone else had problems with their thyroid whilst taking
tamoxifen
or Letrozole? I've been fine on levothyroxine for years but since I started taking oestrogen removers as part of my cancer treatment I'm suffering with symptoms of my thyroid playing up.

MBC new with Ibrance
I went through the usual surgery, chemo therapy, radiation and
tamoxifen
for 5 years. Not until I’m Aug 2013, bone mets started at the right pelvis, became stage 4. I had XGEVA shots, Xeloda oral chemo, aromasin. Again, in Feb 2017 bone mets progressed to the spine, pelvis area regressed.

Radiation oncologist doctor suggested switching from Bicalutamide to Lupron, and also, at my suggestion, he will also go along with
Tamoxifen
to attempt to reverse the gynecomastia. Doctor will not make a recommendation as to what is best for me. Instead, he leaves either decision up to me.

Second follicle Scan tomorrow - natural modified ivf
I said I’d keep posting on our naturally modified ivf round (this is round 3 for us after 2x max dose nhs rounds) It’s such a breeze being on this gentle stimulation, so far all I have had is 5
tamoxifen
tablets and 2 injections of 150iu bemfola.

Ivf 3 starting now! Natural Modified IVF for low AMH
I’ve never really heard much about
tamoxifen
but dr google says it is supposed to help egg quality in low amh ladies by reducing estrogen?? And also grows follicles. Just FYI we won’t be transferring anything this round so the
tamoxifen
is nothing to do with helping my lining.
