Endometriosis pain getting worse

Hello, I am new to the group.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 and after surgery/radio was started on Tamoxifen for 10yrs, of which I have 1 year to go. I had endometriosis as a teenager which has recently been made worse by the tamoxifen.

I had a laparoscopy Nov 17 where I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis and adhesions between bowel and uterus.

Initially pain meds helped but now the pain is more severe during my periods, is starting before I come on and continues after my period finishes. I am usually a very active person but am finding it exhausting and debilitating, leaving me with no energy. The pain meds seem to make very little difference and I worry about the number of medications I am now having to take which don’t seem to work anyway!

Any suggestions from you all regards alternative therapies to try and where to get dietary advice. I am aware that changing my diet may help.
