Reflux, oesophagitis and nissen fundoplication surgery
I have had a hiatus hernia for many years and GORD. A gastroscopy three months ago showed Grade C oesophagitis, 6cm sliding hiatus hernia and diverticulosis. I have taken Lanzoprazole (one or two 15mg daily) for about 10 years. Following gall bladder removal last year I also have bouts of bile reflux

Not a Warrior
64 yr old single woman. Had double mastectomy. It’s been 2-yrs since I completed chemo. I ‘m angry, sad, disappointed, hate my body, I gained a lot of weight, don't exercise or eat well anymore. Am fatigued all the time, depressed, on anti-depressants. Was in some support groups, but found unhelpful

Pain after total gastrectomy
Hi It's coming up on 4 weeks since I had my stomach removed, and just over a week since I was discharged from hospital. In many ways I would say I'm progressing well, especially in terms of food intake and what my new plumbing seems to be able to handle even at this early stage. My worry is that i am

Nearly a year post chemo
Has anyone suffered itching following chemo?! I have been doing really well and then about 6 weeks or so ago my scalp and the back of my neck started to itch. The hospital thinks it may be to do with my hair growing back. Whatever is causing it, nothing seems to be helping much. It really does drive

Men help me out here.
Has anyone had any issues with getting a vasectomy? I'm on Cellcept which slow healing, I'm have ZERO Behect's issues. I'm very nervous to get this done, but I'm 30 and have 4 kids so that part is fine. I just don't want additional pain down there outside of healing time.

Hi. My husband is 7 months post op for an extended total gastrectomy after cancer was found in the cardia. I wouldn't say he sailed through everything, but he tolerated the ECX pre and post op quite well and recovered from the surgery very quickly. That is apart from one hiccough when the district nurse

Cellulitis, Day 6, any advice?
Hi, I'm new and found this by pure chance. I have cellulitis in my lower leg, which started off last Sunday, I guessed it was this as I've had it four times before in my arm. Went to GP on Monday first thing and got Flucloxacillin 1 four times a day, normally my arm would go down within 3-4 days but
