Nocturnal asthma
Causing
stress
and possibly worse asthma. I have been told that I may be able to try some new allergy treatment and injections next year so there may be some hope, but I worry this might not be affective.

Natural Beta Blockers?
Basically all beta blockers do for anyone with heart disease is slow down the heart, I know it has been prescribed to people who are nervous going on stage and as a
stress
reliever but it is mostly used for heart conditions. They say bananas and dates are natural beta blockers.

Do all beta blockers cause fatigue?
I know there are other things like
stress
and anxiety that wear me out, but it just seems to be a deep exhaustion that I feel, with no energy, am unsure the extent metoprolol may be contributing to this or not.

new to IBS and struggling!
I can’t eat, I can’t sleep, I can’t go out in public without fear of embarrassing symptoms- it’s giving me really bad anxiety and
stress
which doesn’t help symptoms either! I feel stuck in a vicious cycle and I’m really struggling with what to do to help! Any advice or tips are welcome.

How long to feel benefit of 25mcg levothyroxine increase?
I have always had these symptoms to a lesser degree with years of
stress
, anxiety & depression, and medicated with antidepressant & so on, & I am not sure if it connected, but I noticed these symptoms started about 6-8 weeks after halving the dosage of an antipsychotic. Thank you. Ian

Over-diagnosis of psychiatric illness in unwell women
I thought that this opinion piece/letters in the Guardian today would make interesting, although not exactly comforting reading for all of us who have encountered false labelling, particularly in terms of being given a mental health/
stress
diagnosis by doctors too lazy or incapable to listen properly

Stress/ anxiety's impact on peri and myocarditis?
I've got a follow up question.. as I'm sat here at my desk, at home, doing some work I have become more aware of my heart beating... have people recovering from Myocraditis and/ or pericarditis found that
stress
and anxiety effect their symptoms as well as physical exertion? Warmest wishes.

YIKES-no Flecainide for 5 days
I'm moving slower, doing deep breathing throughout the day, removing any
stress
. I have had 3 episodes of Afib since premier on December 1st last year, so I shouldn't be too worried, but of course, I am.

The time is approaching. I'm ready (I think😂).
I've kept up to date with my training but I will be honest, it hasn't been easy, and the
stress
of the last few months has really sapped my energy some weeks. I've been sensible, and when I couldn't function because of
stress
and sleep loss, I deferred some runs to another week.

IBS-C, fybogel, and dizziness - advice please :(
It appears to be mostly
stress
/tiredness triggered rather than food and I take bimuno supplements daily which appears to have helped a lot.It was recently recommended that I try fybogel, so I've been taking 1 or 2 sachets a day for a week or so - but I don't think my body likes it I've been more bloated

PSMA scan costs part 3
Increased cost, and a great deal of
stress
, frustration, made and then cancelled travel, hotel, car reservations. Will go back through BCBS approval process, won't that be fun! And probably have long drawn out appeal process. Isn't health insurance in the USA great!!!!

Thoughts from an enquirer re GCA.
Personally I've had a disastrous year and still have much
stress
. I'm 97. My own medical situation has many strands. ... my change of living, from one county to another, although not far in miles, has meant changes in Medics etc.

update on my health issues
I can ask for it to be looked at again which is a waste of time because I have done this for a previous benefit and went to tribunal with no luck so I don't want to have to do this again and the
stress
that it will cause me as well. Why is it always at Christmas when people get bad news like this?

Graves Weight Gain
Fast forward and I got a personal trainer and started working on my diet, going into calorie deficit, strength training 4x a week, swimming 2x a week, getting 8k-10k steps a day consistently, and trying my best to reduce
stress
. This held my weight in place BARELY.

Does mind over matter work?
With no changes other than deep meditation, mindset work and
stress
management, my PSA dropped from 29 to 25. This is the first drop in 7 months. The met pain is gone and despite the Zytiga and firmagon SE’s, I wouldn’t even know I have terminal cancer.
