Symptoms when have an AF episode
I've been told I need to drink more,
stress
less. However, having had my husband recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia last year, and now he's giving up his driving licence, the '
stress
levels' have only increased.

18 months of diet and lifestyle contributed to the effectiveness of Casodex and Lupron
In my 18 months since diagnosed with PC I have changed to plant base diet, healthy lifestyle, spirituality and
stress
reduction.

Good PMR specialist in Bristol/WestonSM?
But then my 19 year old son was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease at the beginning of Sept and I think the emotional
stress
has caused me to have a massive flare - had to go back to 18mg over last couple of weeks :( Before my recovery in May, the consultant wanted me to go onto Methotrexate - something

Amazingly despite all the emotion and
stress
of these last few months my AF has not stuck its head above the parapet and in fact I've not had a blip now for the best part of a year. Not a blip. Cheers, John

GCA morphing into PMR?
I’ve been under terrible
stress
especially the past week but continuing for a couple months. And suddenly now and I am almost off of prednisone for GCA, I have fear that PMR is kicking in. Bad neck pain, some shoulder pain, some hip pain, creaky and stiff.

Omnivore vs vegetarian vs vegan diet
We went on holidays for a week where I ate meat and there was no discernible difference with my symptoms, although that could be attributed to having less
stress
, more sleep etc which comes with being on holidays.

Running is like my favorite thing in the world but I have put so much
stress
on my shin bone that it hurts now. This girl actually had the same problem but actually ended up getting a
stress
fracture.

All at sea
This is obviously some kind of
stress
related issue as i was on holiday for a week and felt absolutely fine. But at work it is very tiring and depressing, also leading to painful neck and shoulder problems.

I have had a lot of
stress
before they started I was a student nurse working full time plus having children to look after and essays to write my friend passed away in the March and then my mother in law suddenly passed away in the June.

PIP a total farce
Going to have to wait for a few days before attempting, as my
stress
levels have skyrocketed. From what I’ve been told, I did expect this, but knowing isn’t helping in anyway. They do not listen, care, or show any empathy whatsoever. God forbid they themselves suffer this awful disability.

My Healthy Husband's thyroid result
He has been tired a lot this last year but we have put it down to other issues such as work
stress
, which has been significant. He will have a comprehensive health check through work in September so he won;t be doing any testing till we see what that gives.

Anyone with ET tried ginseng, ginko bilboa, or pomegranates to lower PC?
Perhaps finals,
stress
, etc had an impact. He is not worried, but I would like to see if there is anything we can do diet-wise while he is home to encourage that number to drop. I was reading that Ginseng, raw garlic, ginko bilboa, pomegranates, and tonic water (with quinine) can reduce PC.

Anxiety takes many forms. But it is always still anxiety. Here's a new one.
But last couple of days, against a background of higher
stress
levels, I discovered a Newby. It's like a nervous twitch in the eye, not the eyelids but the eye itself, which makes your vision ever so slightly shakey. I really have to look for it but it's there.

Clunking, Fading and Sleep
I have always experienced clunking in times of extreme
stress
. I learned how to tell it was coming and would crawl off and go to sleep. When I could drive I would pull off and sleep. I used to joke that I would fall asleep if I was driving a motorcycle and probably would have.

OCD Ruining Dates
We decided not to get a divorce while our daughter is under 18 to not
stress
her out and to not distract her from school. My daughter's mom and I don't have an open relationship or anything- it's more of a don't ask don't tell policy for now.

and worry as this is probably the most stressful thing I have encountered and I have blood cancer which is still in remission thankfully so not that but in comparison the

Confused
I sometimes think that I’m overthink everything and causing myself to
stress
when I should be concentrating on healing.

Normal
I recently had a
stress
MRI ( with the chemical injected) which showed that my EF had improved from 30 to 50 with. ‘Good’ function. I got the letter from the cardiologist telling me this. Then I was called for an ECG as there were some concerns about leakage around my heart.

just releasing my thoughts not expecting answers. Thanks for listening.
I released all the pain and guilt and anxiety and
stress
and my vulnerability into the world and now it’s exploded. I can’t put the lid back on the jack in the box. And now I feel to much!
