I'm so tired of these tension headaches which are causing anxiety to hit the roof. I hope it's nothing wrong with my brainš¤·š»
Been getting them although my CAT scan was normal but I have always been suffering from GAD and PTSD that I have been clinically diagnosed with. Are anyone going through this too? Please let me know it will help me feel better

Running and osteopenia
As a runner who has been recently diagnosed with osteopenia in the wake of a
stress
fracture, I would like to learn more about fracture risk and running volume, also whether I should be looking at different shoes.

Magnesium Supplements to reduce frequency of migraines
Iāve had blood tests before and havenāt been told that I have this deficiency, but I thought maybe I could try magnesium supplements and see if this helps me (especially since Iām in a high
stress
environment that I cannot avoid at this moment in time - exams).

Supporting Egg Quality
Reduction of
stress
as much as possible but that's a struggle. I am also taking sertraline and may need some antihistamines in the future. After the devastating first round where we had 2 fertilised eggs but no blastocysts, your support and helpful tips will be so very appreciated š

Medicinal cannabis?
As well as PBC I have fibromyalgia and complex PTSD. Iāve also been experiencing some major and unusual anxiety and depression in perimenopause, different from prior experiences of anxiety and depression. I saw a new GP today and he was suggesting medicinal cannabis which has been found to help many

Amlodipine Side Effects
I experience regular spikes which maybe
stress
related or reactive to sound. I've recently started taking 5mg Amlodipine for high blood pressure and it seems to be aggravating the tinnitus in both ears. Has anyone else had similar experience with taking Amlodipine?

Ahhhhhhā¦ finally Iāve done some solid workoutsā¦
ššš As mentioned in some recent posts, Iāve had a couple of weeks of high
stress
at work, low time for looking after myself, so in the last 14 days my workouts were far and few between, with only a bare minimum of intentional S&F sessions. That finally changed this weekend!!! Yey!!!

What if it is something else?
The added
stress
of the burden I am to the team or the potential to lose my job is definitely not helping.

Basically I've eventully had to stop working as a nurse as I couldn't cope with the demand of the 12 hour shifts on my feet and the
stress
of the job. I took on Homecare working thinking the hours wouldn't be as long and less
stress
, how wrong was I.

I do have an awful lot of
stress
on my plate so my behaviour is probably disproportionate I know. Anyone else had this suggested to them? Or do I have an ultra vigilant GP?

Rest when you need to
Normal activities for everyone else, preparing for Christmas or the
stress
of getting ready to go on Holiday. It will floor me, and I'll need a couple of days in bed sleeping. Don't feel guilty you can't keep up with everyone else. Just take the rest and then carry on when you are rested.

Hello! New to the group
I was diagnosed with depression for about a decade and have been taking medicine since then. I also believe I have anxiety and A-PTSD. I am curious about how much a medicine helps or supports with depression because I feel like it helps but not all the time. Some days are difficult and some less or numb
