Fatigue, rashes, diarrhea, tapering...what next..
I only have GCA....not as bad as many people, but added
stress
from one of my sons, who is sadly, just selfish. Just having an offload. Sorry. Any recommendations for rash relief welcome. 😌

Today
So here I am again stressed out about so many things my health and my inability to.Process and not
stress
out. I have been trying to reach my doctors for the last week and no one has returned my call. I am afraid and I have no one to talk to. Sometimes. I think I'm just gonna lose my mind.

Stress and Anxiety
So the
stress
and anxiety of contact ( we never lived together) got worse and worse. It took me a couple of years, 4 cardeoversions and 2 ablations to accept that it was time to get out of that situation and cut all ties.

Back and leg pain
However I am now in a lot pain with my hips, knees and back that feels like pulled muscles but the pain seems to move to a different site everyday - I have under a lot of
stress
recently so this has caused a flare up. Is the pain I've described part of this fibro flare?

NDT, Stress, Heart Palps - Now What?
Stress
triggered that reaction in the body and I was wondering what to do. Anyway, I started to think that perhaps I was also reacting to 1.5 grains of NDT, as I read that could happen. So I reduced it to 1 tablet, but started to feel under-medicated.

Feeling spaced after MRI
Bloody hell I feel spaced and tired, don’t know if that is to do with the titanium plate or just because of the
stress
of going for the MRI which brought back memories of my time in hospital. Anyone else experienced this?

Every time I smoke I panic and
stress
myself out more but I find myself needing more fags when I
stress
. What was the easiest way for you to quit smoking ? I keep reading life expectancy is 10 to 20 years after diagnosis? How long will it take to get worse will I be dead before I’m 40 ?

can't access prescription
I feel like this doctor wasted my time and money and I'm still in the same position I was before I was diagnosed, struggling and
stress
and sleep-deprived. Does anyone have advice for what I can do to expedite this process?
