Feeling spaced after MRI

Long time no post, Hope everyone is ok. I have been generally doing ok. I still get bouts of dizzyness, nothing too bad but just annoying. Have been to various ENT appointments and follow ups. Did have some treatment for ear crystals but don’t think that is the issue. I had an MRI scan yesterday, I think just to check there isn’t anything underlying. Bloody hell I feel spaced and tired, don’t know if that is to do with the titanium plate or just because of the stress of going for the MRI which brought back memories of my time in hospital. Anyone else experienced this?

i have been scanned for my neck since my hospital stay and the experience at the time felt panicky because i remembered my surgical hospital stay which was surreal in many ways, without visitors and isolated through covid infection. I was affected just by being in hospital. I closed my eyes as much as possible because seeing things seems to increase my panic and closing my eyes gives me less to remember afterwards. I have read previously about people being affected by the dye (not sure if this is a thing?) so the two combined could have affected you.

Has your hospital stay caused you anxiety?
